The Geodrill site may include links to other companies’ websites. We are not responsible for any personal data you may supply to any third parties once you leave our website.

What information is required

We may or may not need all of this data depending on our relationship with you and we will only collect from your data that is relevant to our processing.

We process data in relation to our current and former employees and consultants where they are individuals. We also process certain limited data in relation to business contacts and suppliers such as contact details and bank details if we need to make a payment to you.

Your data may be used for administration, internal monitoring and compliance with applicable laws.

We do not share your personal data with any third party outside of Geodrill, without your consent where applicable, except to the extent required by law or regulation.
Where your data is stored
All physical records are held at our office at Ragnall House, 18 Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man. Some archived records are stored offsite at a secure location in the Isle of Man.
Electronic records are held on individual workstations at the office noted above and a back-up is stored offsite with our IT providers in the Isle of Man. Relevant security provisions have been implemented to protect the data held.
Access to information
We take reasonable measures to ensure that the personal data we collect and store is accurate, complete and up-to-date. We also endeavour to delete any out of date, incorrect or unnecessary personal data. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct details as well as to update the personal data you previously provided to us in the event of any changes.

If you believe that any information we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Data Retention
We will hold your information for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation or, where there is no prescribed period, for the length of time deemed appropriate by us. This will vary depending on the type of information held and the lawful basis on which we hold such information, however, in the majority of cases the retention period is 6 years.
